Ben Papa is a former attorney turned executive coach who helps senior leaders see their businesses—and themselves—with greater clarity. He works with leaders to unlock capabilities they already possess but aren’t fully leveraging, enabling them to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful results.

Known for his grounded, highly attentive presence, Ben creates space for leaders to think more expansively while quickly identifying patterns, connections, and decisions that move their business forward.

Prior to his current work as an executive coach, Ben founded and ran a successful law firm where he practiced law and mediation for eighteen years.  Amid strong emotions, financial complexity, and high conflict, Ben supported and advised clients while effectively collaborating with other professionals to reach settlements in hundreds of cases, many with disputes valued in the tens of millions of dollars.

Ben also co-founded a training company through which he led compelling workshops for hundreds of attorneys, mental health, and financial professionals across the country.

Ben divides his time between Nashville and Philadelphia. When he is not working, Ben enjoys reading, hiking, dinner with friends and family, and Vanderbilt football.
